OSHA 10-Hour General Industry

This course is ideal for supervisors with safety and health responsibilities for employee safety
and health awareness. Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a 10 hour
training certificate and the official OSHA 10 hour wallet card.

OSHA 30-Hour General Industry

OSHA 30-Hour training for general industry prepares supervisors and workers to avoid workplace safety and health risks. Topics covered in OSHA 30-Hour training include general worksite safety, avoiding common hazards, understanding workers' rights, employer responsibilities and more. If you’re a safety manager or supervisor, our OSHA 30-Hour Outreach for General Industry course is your guide to creating a culture of safety in your workplace. You'll get a comprehensive look at the policies, procedures, and standards covered by OSHA 29 CFR 1910.  You’ll learn about the basic elements of a workplace safety and health program and how to manage both. This includes understanding an employer's responsibilities for worker safety, as well as worker's rights to learn about the potential hazards of their job.  The course also covers all the hazards you might encounter in many different industries, from scaffolding to bloodborne pathogens. You'll learn about essential safety procedures like lockout/tagout protocols, machine guarding mechanisms, and industrial hygiene.

Is OSHA 30 General Industry Training Required?

OSHA 30 General Industry is not required but is recommended for safety directors, foremen, and field supervisors. All workers in general industries can benefit from it. Examples of these industries include manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and health care.

OSHA Overhead Crane

This program consists of an in-depth study of OSHA 1910.179 and ANSI B30.2 requirements as they pertain to overhead cranes. Overhead crane safety starts with a well planned inspection program. Crane Safety can help your overhead crane operators gain the skills they need to inspect their equipment properly and detect possible issues or safety concerns before they cause a real problem. Topics include: the inspection process, operator responsibilities, crane design, maintenance requirements, wire rope classification and construction.

Lockout/Tagout

This course covers the role and responsibility of the employer to develop and implement an energy control program, or lock-out/tag- out (LOTO) for the protection of workers while performing servicing and maintenance activities on machinery and equipment. Upon course completion the student will have the ability to explain the importance of energy control programs, procedures, training, audits and methods of controlling hazardous energy.

Globally Harmonized System (GHS)

Workers are exposed to hazardous chemicals daily in the workplace. Such conditions pose a serious health threat to the worker. OSHA requires training regarding chemical hazards in the workplace. In this course you will learn about the HazCom (Hazardous Communication) Standard and the new Globally Harmonized System (GHS), and how to use Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) and chemical labels to protect yourself from hazards or react to chemical exposures.

Forklift Operator

This course is designed to demonstrate proper powered industrial truck/forklift operation while following OSHA regulations and standards. Students will gain the fundamental knowledge and skills necessary to operate a sit-down counterbalanced, LP gas powered forklift as well as safety, operations, basic maintenance, and OSHA compliances issues.

Forklift Instructor Certification

If your company has a need to train forklift operators on an ongoing basis, then certifying one or more employees as instructors may be your best solution. Our Forklift Instructor Certification course provides a three year operator license as well as instructor certification. The first day consists of operator certification. The second day is devoted to techniques for one on one and classroom training. Each Student Will Receive: (1) Forklift Operators Card valid for 3 years from completion date, (2) Forklift Train The Trainer Card with no expiration date, (3) Instructors Manual with all forms, quizzes, etc… in 3-ring binder for easy duplication, (4) electronic copy of forms, (5) PowerPoint Presentation with further forklift training media, (6) Written copy of basic Forklift Safety Training Program (meets OSHA approval and all compliance guidelines) will be included in Trainer’s Manual.

HeartSaver – CPR/First Aid/AED

Taught by American Heart Association certified instructors and designed to provide first responders with training in basic first aid and CPR AED procedures — including the first aid skills recommended by OSHA — in a format that can be delivered in a single day. The Heartsaver® First Aid CPR AED course is intended for all individuals who have a duty to respond to a first aid or cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements.
