Articulation Agreements
Articulation Agreements
Many technical college graduates decide to further their education by pursuing a bachelor's degree at a four-year institution. To assist our graduates in this pursuit, West Georgia Technical College is pleased to list four-year institutions that have entered into articulation agreements with WGTC. An articulation agreement is an agreement to transfer credits from one educational institution to another so that students can complete a program, credential, certificate, or degree without taking duplicate courses.
Other colleges and universities, both within Georgia and outside the state, may accept transfer credit from WGTC. Students interested in transferring will need to contact the receiving institution to determine the transferability of a particular course or program.
Note: The Technical College System of Georgia also has Articulation Agreements.
