The Accessibility Services office at West Georgia Technical College strives to ensure a learning environment that is inclusive for everyone. Accommodations are available to individuals who disclose a disability and meet the criteria of a disability according to the Americans with Disability Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

Bookstore

West Georgia Technical College bookstores are conveniently located on the Murphy, Douglas, Carroll, Coweta and LaGrange campuses to provide students with a place to shop for all their educational needs including textbooks, rental books, e-books (jumpbooks), calculators, notebooks, bookbags etc. The bookstore also carries a wide range of non-educational items such as shirts, snacks, cards and Knightro logo items.

The mission of the West Georgia Technical College Career Services Department is to provide support to students, graduates and employers while creating a viable link between students and potential career sources.

IT Helpdesk

West Georgia Technical College is committed to assisting you. If you experience any difficulty with Blackboard, Banner Web, Office 365, or student email, we offer an online helpdesk to address technical issues you may experience and to provide guidance with usage of these systems. You may login to Okta via the MyWGTC Portal.

Library

With libraries at our Carroll, Douglas, LaGrange, Murphy and Coweta campuses, our libraries function as a research center for students, faculty, staff and community users. Our collection, emphasizing technical training, supports the curriculum and meets the information needs of our users through printed and electronic formats.

Registrars Office

The Registrar’s Office provides support services for students, faculty and staff. Accurate and secure academic records of all students at West Georgia Technical College are maintained by the Office of the Registrar. The office oversees graduation applications and ceremonies, enrollment verification, official transcript requests, evaluation of transferable credit from external colleges and a variety of services.

Student Life

The Office of Student Life works directly with the Student Government Association, several student organizations and other members of the college and community to develop and implement social, educational and community-oriented programs for the West Georgia Technical College students, faculty, staff, alumni and community members.
